45 Robots will only use, disclose and retain personal information for the Purposes. 45 Robots does not share your personal information with third-parties, except under the following circumstances:

45 Robots will use reasonable efforts to keep personal information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the Purposes. That said, 45 Robots will not as a matter of routine or procedure update personal information unless necessary. 45 Robots expects customers, to provide notification of any updates that may be required by contacting 45 Robots via reasonable means.
45 Robots is committed to protecting the security of our customer’s personal information. 45 Robots uses security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of personal information to protect it from loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. These safeguards include physical measures, such as restricted access to offices and equipment, organizational measures, such as security clearances and limiting access on a “need to know” basis and technological measures, such as the use of passwords, encryption and other secure methods by which to verify the identity of individuals.
Generally, 45 Robots maintains personal information on our servers in Canada. In the course of providing specific communication services, personal information may be processed in other countries (including the United States) where laws regarding the processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
45 Robots’ staff are made aware, through orientation and access to policy and procedures, of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information. 45 Robots conducts periodic internal audits of its security safeguards and any breach of 45 Robots’ security safeguards is a potential disciplinary matter. 45 Robots’ security safeguards extend to the destruction of personal information.
45 Robots is open about the policies and procedures it uses to manage personal information. Upon request, 45 Robots will provide individuals with additional information on our policies and procedures.
Upon written request, 45 Robots will generally share with a customer what personal information it has, what it is being used for and to whom it has been disclosed and will grant the customer access to the information. Written requests, including the customer’s name and contact information, should be sent to 45 Robots’ Chief Privacy Officer. 45 Robots will make every reasonable effort to respond to written requests within thirty (30) days of receipt and will advise customers in writing if for any reason this time limit cannot be met.
45 Robots may request customers who submit written requests to provide sufficient information to enable 45 Robots to verify their identity. Any such information will be used only for the purpose of identification. 45 Robots will not assess any costs to customers for accessing their personal information without first providing the customer with an estimate of such costs, which will be minimal, if any. Customers are asked to confirm their wish to proceed in writing within the thirty (30) day notice period set out in any estimate. If a customer does not notify 45 Robots in writing of his or her wish to proceed within such notice period, then 45 Robots will deem the customer to have withdrawn his or her request for access and will provide him or her with a written notice to that effect.
A customer may challenge the accuracy and completeness of personal information and request that it be amended. 45 Robots will, if appropriate, amend the information and advise approved third parties of the amendment, if required.
All complaints or inquiries should be in writing, include the name of the individual, contact information and a brief description of the complaint, and be directed to 45 Robots’ Chief Privacy Officer using the contact information below. 45 Robots’ Chief Privacy Officer will investigate the complaint and will generally respond within thirty (30) days of receipt with the action proposed to be taken by 45 Robots, including any changes to its policies or procedures.
